What can you expect from me as your counsellor?
I work with adults (18+) in a person-centred, collaborative way where I will support you to be able to work through your feelings and emotions, helping you gain clarity and a better understanding of yourself through the process.

You may be feeling anxious, low, stressed or overwhelmed by life at the moment and that the people around you don't understand. Maybe you are looking to explore past experiences that are having an impact on your day to day life or relationships. Or perhaps you are trying to navigate life with ADHD or a chronic illness and are feeling disconnected from the world around you. By putting you at the centre of our work together, I hope to gently guide you through these difficult times, helping you to feel understood, accepted and less alone, so that you can leave with increased self-awareness, emotional resilience and are able to move through life more authentically.
I am an adaptable counsellor who is more than happy to tailor the counselling to suit your needs, as I understand everybody is different and not one size fits all.
Where will sessions take place?
I offer sessions either online through Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, as well as face-to-face sessions in a counselling practice in Studley, Warwickshire. The in-person practice is in a convenient yet discreet location with road parking right outside.
